business designed to improve your rental income. Most agencies who market rental
properties charge between 20% and 35% simply for getting the booking. As a result, owners
can pay 200, or even 300 Euros for each week booked.
Quite simply, this is too expensive.
Property owners can make a much better return on their gite than they do, and they deserve
to. That's the whole principle of our new business - to allow the owners to make more money,
and to provide them with only the services they decide they need at a fixed low rate.
We offer to manage the publicity and marketing (through one of the global market leaders in
French rental properties) of your property, and to deal with all the time-consuming email and
telephone contacts. If you need it, we can also look after your changeover cleaning between
guests, the laundry and ironing, the gardening and the pool.
We never ask for exclusivity, and we can even also help you advertise on other websites. You are
free to advertise privately too, we do not "take control" of your property for any period.

We visit your property in order to create the best possible description. We take professional photographs
and create and publish the entire advertisement.
For confirmed bookings, we would bill you at the agreed rates for our work on a monthly basis. We never
charge any percentage commission on the rental price, which is why we're so sure that our service is the
best value you can find.
For your protection, we ensure that there is always a rental contract for each booking. As part of our
service, we create one specifically for your property and your requirements, and we ensure that it is signed
by the guests at the time of booking.
We keep you fully informed of all bookings and payments. If you wish to change your prices or availabilities
at any time, you can call or email us and we'll keep everything updated.
At all times, guests wishing to book would be directed to send all money directly to you by whichever
means you prefer - we will never take any money ourselves from the guests.
